With a beautiful view of the water, this resident wanted some sun protection over the westerly facing windows, plus some sun and weather protection on the balcony areas. ZipScreen and Wire Guide awnings were used with Outlook Mode fabric. This fabric gives the sun, wind and water protection without sacrificing the views. Each awning was motorised, so the awnings can be opened and closed with ease.
